Ty Majeski win the Winchester 400

.(WINCHESTER, INDIANA) – Ty Majeski became the first Wisconsin-born driver to win the Winchester 400 after an impressive Sunday drive on the high-banked half-mile.

The Seymour, Wisconsin driver dominated the 54th running of the Winchester 400 presented by Vore’s Welding & Steel by leading 350 of 400 laps.

Majeski rolled from the pole and became the first driver to win from the first starting position since Erik Jones did it back in 2014. For Majeski, it was his fifth-career ASA STARS Tour win and second major Super Late Model win in a row after he won the 200-lap race at Octoberfest last weekend.

Majeski also became the first driver to win Oktoberfest at LaCrosse Fairground Speedway (WI) and the Winchester 400 in the same season.

With the win, Majeski became the ninth different driver to taste victory in the first 11 ASA STARS Tour races this season. The series will look for a record ninth different winner at Nashville in a few weeks.

Behind Majeski was Dawson Sutton (Lebanon, TN), who won his most recent starts with the ASA STARS National Tour at Toledo and the ASA Southern Super Series at Five Flags Speedway over the past month.

Third was series point leader and defending Winchester 400 winner Cole Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS), who, with his finish, unofficially locked up the ASA STARS National Tour title and the CRA Super Series title as well.

Billy VanMeter (Indianapolis, IN) had a solid fourth-place run to post his career-best finish in the Winchester 400. Two-time Winchester 400 winner Stephen Nasse rounded out the top five.

The ASA STARS National Tour season will conclude with the 40th running of the All American 400 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Sunday, November 9th. The 300-lap Super Late Model event will be the final race of the 2025 season.
