NASCAR has reinstated Daniel Dye following his successful completion of sensitivity training. However, he will not be returning to Kaulig Racing.
Dye was initially chosen to drive one of the five Kaulig Racing vehicles as part of a RAM factory initiative marking the manufacturer's return to the sanctioning body this season. AJ Allmendinger subsequently took over his role, driving the No. 10 truck at Darlington.
Corey LaJoie will continue as the driver of the No. 10 truck for the remainder of the year. In a statement, Kaulig Racing expressed, "We have accepted Daniel Dye's resignation and wish him great success in his personal and professional endeavors."
Prior to his suspension, Dye achieved finishes of 17th, 13th, and 17th in his three appearances. Additionally, he participated in three races in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series for AM Racing, securing finishes of 21st, 20th, and 15th.
